For the last 27 years I have worked with kids, teens and adults of all genders, ages and body shapes and sizes working with a nondiet/weight inclusive approach. I see people with medical conditions, body image issues and eating disorders. I am the author of the book The Eating Disorder Trap, Host of the podcast The Eating Disorder Trap Podcast and co-author of the online course Your Recovery Resource which is a free 35 module course for parents, partners and caregivers that have a loved one struggling.
