I am seeing clients in person and via telehealth.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working in the field of eating disorders since 2001. I have directed treatment at all levels of care and in addition to seeing people in my private practice I serve as an Eating Disorders Clinical Advisor for a mental health organization with a nationwide presence. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor (CEDS-S) and offer consultation towards certification. In addition to my work with eating disorders, I'm a trained EMDR clinician and utilize that approach in my work with people healing from trauma. In addition to EMDR, I uses evidence-based practices in my work including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Practices.
