Kathy brings extensive experience & a solution focused/trauma informed approach to her work, addressing a broad spectrum of concerns while specializing in supporting individuals in entertainment, college students, young adults, & those seeking to heal their relationship with food, body image, & exercise. Having recovered herself, Kathy has been leveraging her lived experience & comprehensive training to help individuals struggling with eating disorders since 1993. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the esteemed International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, she also offers consultations, supervision, trainings & coaching/support for people whose loved one is struggling with their mental health.
