Silvina Cox

As a dietitian whose work is informed by health at every size (HAES), intuitive and mindful eating, I hope to inspire my clients to develop a supportive relationship with food and their bodies.  I work with adolescents, adults and families who struggle with food, health, weight and body concerns through a non diet and weight neutral perspective.  My experince and training is extensive from food and nutritional sciences, integrative/funtional nutrition to best practices in treating and working with chronic dieting and eating disorders. My approach is client centered, compassionate and non judgemental.  I practice inclusive care and welcome clients from all walks of life.
