I am a dietitian working with clients with anorexia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating. I work within the Health at Every Size philosophy, which emphasizes size diversity, respectful care and flexible eating. I believe we should enjoy eating, and that our relationship to food is more important than the individual foods we choose. I never promote weight loss as a goal of treatment.
